How do I register my account?

Follow the steps below to register your account.

Create your account by visiting the TDW Access page and completing the registration form.

During business hours, a TDW team member will approve your registration in an hour or less. Outside business hours, your registration will be approved first thing the following business day.

Once approved, you will receive a welcome email from invites@microsoft.com (you may need to check your spam folder). Click the Accept Invitation link and follow the prompts to create your account and log in.

Once logged in, click Product Store to start shopping online.

How do I access my existing account?

To log in to your existing account, visit the TDW Access Page and click the Customer Log In button on the left side of the screen.

Once logged in, click Product Store to start shopping online.

What if I forgot my username or password?

Your TDW Access username will be the email address you used when registering for TWD Access originally. You can access your account without a password using a single-use code by following the steps below.

If you unsure what email address is registered to your account, contact Laura Calderon at laura.calderon@tdwilliamson.com for assistance.

Visit the TDW Access Page and click the Customer Log In button on this.

Then on the Microsoft Login page, enter your email address and the system will email you a one-time passcode and allow you to login without requiring a password.

Be sure to check your spam folder for an email from Microsoft Account Team if you do not receive the single-use code email immediately upon request.
